These include Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Guangxi, Hunan, Anhui, Hubei, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Beijing, Fujian, Guangdong, Guizhou, Hong Kong and Macao. His overseas destinations include Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam.

A rhythm shaped by light
DAY 01Oct 20 · Beijing · Asia/ShanghaiDay 1: Guangzhou/home cities–Jiujiang, Luoxingdun and Poyang Lake grasslands | Wetland migratory birds at dusk
Travel from Guangdong to Jiujiang Station. After pickup, go directly to the thousand-year-old stone island Luoxingdun to photograph Poyang Lake's grasslands. Abundant wild grass across endless shoreline wetlands creates a remarkable southern grassland landscape. The island has only an archway, a Buddhist courtyard, a viewing platform, and an ancient pagoda. The courtyard gate is locked, but traces of former life remain visible through window gaps. Steps on both sides lead to a central platform, overlooking boats on Poyang Lake's main navigation channel in the distance, vast green grassland nearby, and occasional migratory birds. After photography, go to Molin Hotel for dinner and accommodation.

DAY 02Oct 21 · Beijing · Asia/ShanghaiDay 2: Morning at Luoxingdun–Sanqing Mountain northern cableway–historic Taoist architecture at Sanqing Palace
Return to Luoxingdun before sunrise for photography, then return to the hotel for breakfast. After a short rest, travel to Sanqing Mountain and ascend by the northern cableway. Photograph the thousand-year-old Taoist Sanqing Palace (Yuling Temple), then continue to Goddess Hotel for the night.

DAY 03Oct 22 · Beijing · Asia/ShanghaiDay 3: Sunrise at Goddess Hotel–Nanqing Garden's signature rock formations–Yujing Peak–West Coast boardwalk | Stay at Rishang Villa
Photograph sunrise around Goddess Hotel, then after breakfast visit Nanqing Garden to photograph Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain, Goddess of Spring, and more. Hike toward Yujing Peak and the West Coast for photography, then return to Rishang Villa to stay.

DAY 04Oct 23 · Beijing · Asia/ShanghaiDay 4: Dawn at Rishang Villa–descend and travel to Wangxian Valley | Daytime canyon and blue-hour night photography
Photograph dawn at Rishang Mountain Villa, then have breakfast. Descend the mountain and travel to Wangxian Valley Scenic Area. Check in on arrival and go into the scenic area for photography. After dinner, continue photographing the valley's nightscape.

DAY 05Oct 24 · Beijing · Asia/ShanghaiDay 5: Misty sunrise at Wangxian Valley Phase III–finish at Shangrao high-speed railway station
Photograph dawn at Wangxian Valley Phase III, return for breakfast, then continue photographing the valley. Check out, bring your belongings down, and have lunch outside the scenic area. Transfer to Shangrao high-speed railway station after lunch and return to your welcoming home.

Please follow the final trip details sent before departure. [Accommodation] The total is based on two people sharing a room. We'll try to match solo travelers with a roommate of the same gender. If you prefer not to share, or no roommate is available, you must pay a single supplement for your own room. [Group meals] We aim to serve meals suited to Chinese tastes. We make sure everyone has enough to eat. [Photography] 1. Photography sessions follow the itinerary, but conditions on the day may affect how long we spend at each location. 2. Read the itinerary carefully and choose a trip that suits your health and circumstances. Skipping part of the itinerary for health or other personal reasons, or choosing not to use the arranged accommodation or transport, counts as voluntary withdrawal from those arrangements. You are responsible for your own safety while not taking part in the itinerary. 3. Stay with the group during photography sessions unless you have permission to leave. This does not apply during free time. The organizing team is not responsible for accidents that occur while you are away from the group. 4. Typhoons, blizzards or other events beyond our control may require changes to the itinerary. [Fuel surcharges] The organizing team reserves the right to adjust the amount payable if fluctuations in global oil markets lead to a substantial rise in fuel surcharges. If the team can absorb the increase, the amount payable will remain unchanged. [Before departure] 1. We'll send your final trip details no later than the day before departure. If arrangements are confirmed sooner, we'll let you know as soon as possible. 2. If the online itinerary differs from the final trip details sent before departure, the final trip details take precedence.
