Join instructor Chen Mingjie from 12 to 17 October 2026 for six days and five nights of autumn photography, meeting in Shenyang and visiting Guanmen Mountain, Wucai Lake, Laobiangou, Dadi Forest Park, Dashi Lake and other listed sites.

05 / BEFORE YOU GO
Clarity before departure.
Operator cancellation
If the operator cancels within seven days of departure, it refunds all fees and pays compensation: 10% of the total travel fee for days 7–4, 15% for days 3–1, and 20% on departure day.
Participant cancellation
Participant cancellation charges are 50% of the total travel fee for days 7–4, 60% for days 3–1, and 80% on departure day. If actual losses exceed these charges, compensation may increase up to the total travel fee. The remaining balance is refunded within five working days after cancellation notice.
Registration and tickets
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Economy group tickets booked by the operator cannot be endorsed or refunded after issuance.
Room sharing
Accommodation is based on two people per room. Unmatched participants may share with another participant of the same gender; a single-room supplement applies if sharing is declined or unavailable.
Departure briefing
The departure briefing is sent no later than the day before departure. It takes precedence over the online itinerary in the event of discrepancies.
Optional independent activities
Participants arrange and pay for optional activities directly with their service providers. Any language assistance by a guide is provided in a personal capacity; the operator does not take responsibility for these independent transactions.
