01 / THE PHOTOGRAPHIC JOURNEY
Go beyond the view.
The elegant hidden places scattered here resemble graceful women: tender as water, delicately charming, or vividly beautiful. Dressed in splendid cloudlike robes and carefully adorned, they await a meeting with you in this romantic season. Many first come to know Wuyuan through its rapeseed flowers. In spring, winding stretches of blossoms cover mountain fields and terraces.
Wuyuan spring blossoms
Spring in Wuyuan is a colorful painting, with a different beauty at every step and every place.
Huizhou villages and morning light
Pink peach and white pear blossoms punctuate golden rapeseed fields across the hills. Gentle sunlight awakens morning villages, while faint cooking smoke veils horse-head gables. Together with white-walled, dark-tiled Huizhou architecture, they form an exquisite Chinese ink painting. White walls, black tiles, drifting cooking smoke, tender green willow branches, and golden rapeseed fields sit in slightly cool sunlight. Spring arrives quietly in flowing, iridescent robes, touching life into growth stroke by stroke and gradually spreading color and rhythm.
Misty old towns and countryside
Magnificent seas of rapeseed flowers and delicate old towns in misty rain lie far from urban bustle and indulgence. Jiangnan's gentle grace combines with Anhui and Huizhou character: fresh, refined landscapes fill the eyes, cool pure air refreshes each breath, and you become immersed in a tranquil, harmonious landscape painting. Surrender to it and feel no wish to leave. In bright March, seek expected delights where rapeseed flowers are at their finest and enjoy the emotions stirred by ancient Huizhou.
